Frontier appoints Michael Delehant as COO, promotes James Fenner to CRO

Frontier Group Holdings appointed Michael Delehant as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective November 30, 2026. Delehant brings over two decades of airline experience from Wizz Air, Vueling, and Southwest Airlines. He receives a $575,000 base salary, a target bonus equal to 90% of base, and an initial $1,000,000 restricted stock unit award with annual equity grants of similar value. The company also promoted James Fenner to Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer and Bobby Schroeter to Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Trevor Stedke and Alexandre Clerc are departing their senior vice president roles effective November 13, 2026. Frontier Group Holdings operates a low-cost airline in the United States.
