Ulta Beauty appointed Brieane L. Olson as an independent director effective August 31, 2026, filling the seat vacated by Kelly E. Garcia upon his transition to Chief Technology Officer. Ms. Olson currently serves as CEO of Pacific Sunwear and brings over 20 years of specialty retail experience in strategy, merchandising, and brand building. This appointment increases the Board size to ten directors.
