Alfredo Luchini is appointed Chief Financial Officer effective August 10, 2026, with an annual base salary of $800,000, a 100% target bonus, a $1.5 million sign-on equity award, and a $150,000 cash sign-on bonus. Mark Bushway, Chief Supply Chain Officer, will depart the company on January 1, 2027.
