USA Rare Earth, Inc. entered into a 20-year lease agreement for an approximately 800,000 square foot rare earth magnet manufacturing facility in Blacksburg, South Carolina. The company also entered into an incentives agreement with Cherokee County, which includes an expected investment of approximately $800 million and the creation of about 325 new jobs.
