Linkage Global appoints Wei Chen as independent director effective immediately

Mr. Chen currently serves as chairman of Fujian Zhongchuang Ruibo Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a construction engineering company, where he has led corporate strategy and financial management since 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Jilin University. The board determined that Mr. Chen satisfies Nasdaq independence requirements and there are no family relationships between him and existing directors or executive officers.
