Viking Acquisition Corp. I announced that its previously announced business combination with NorthStar Earth & Space Inc. is expected to close on September 30, 2026. Following the closing, Viking will transfer its listing from the New York Stock Exchange to NYSE American. The combined company will operate as NorthStar Earth & Space Enterprises, Inc., with common shares and public warrants beginning trading under symbols "NSTR" and "NSTR.WS" on October 1, 2026. This transaction merges a special purpose acquisition company with a provider of space situational awareness services.
