Visteon Corporation announced that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jerome J. Rouquet will leave the company effective November 30, 2026, to pursue other opportunities. The Board of Directors has appointed current Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Colleen E. Myers as interim Chief Financial Officer upon his departure. Myers will also serve as principal financial and accounting officer during the transition period while a search for a permanent successor is underway. Her annual base salary will increase from $286,000 to $330,000, accompanied by a monthly stipend of $25,000. The departure is not due to any disagreement with management.
