Vodafone Greece, PPC Group propose 50:50 joint venture for Greek FTTH networks covering 1.6M homes

Vodafone Greece and PPC Group have entered into heads of terms for a potential 50:50 joint venture to combine their respective fibre to the home (FTTH) networks and wholesale fibre businesses in Greece. The combined entity would cover more than 1.6 million homes and aim to provide wholesale open access to internet service providers. The formation of the transaction is subject to due diligence, binding documentation, and regulatory approvals. Vodafone is a telecommunications company providing mobile and broadband services.
