Vogenx appoints Richard Gorman as Chief Commercial Officer; he resigns from the Board

Richard Gorman joins Vogenx as Chief Commercial Officer effective October 12, 2026, leading commercial operations and corporate strategy for its pipeline. Concurrent with this appointment, Gorman resigns from the Board of Directors and all committees to focus on his new management role. The company will conduct a search for a new independent director.
