To fill the vacancy, the Board appointed David Zaccardelli, Pharm.D. effective July 7, 2026. Zaccardelli, a former CEO of Verona Pharma plc and Dova Pharmaceuticals, Inc., will serve as an independent Class II director until the 2029 annual meeting.
