Vox Royalty completes A$8.4M acquisition of three Australian gold, copper and exploration royalties

Vox Royalty Corp. completed the acquisition of three Australian royalty interests: the producing White Dam Gold Royalty (South Australia), the development-stage Kalman Copper Royalty (Queensland), and the exploration-stage Sylvania Royalty (Western Australia). The aggregate cash consideration was A$8.4 million (approximately $6 million USD), paid from existing cash reserves. The White Dam asset provides immediate revenue via a 2.0% NSR on gold and copper production by Broken Hill Gold Limited. The Kalman royalty offers medium-term potential through Austral Resources' Rocklands plant, while the Sylvania interest covers approximately 1,700km² of exploration tenure adjacent to Capricorn Metals' Karlawinda Gold Mine.
