VerifyMe, Inc. completed its business combination with Open World Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company, effective October 1, 2026. The combined entity has changed its name to OpenWorld, Inc. and its common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the new ticker symbol “OPNW” at market open on that date. Matthew Shaw serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the merged company. VerifyMe operates in the logistics sector for time- and temperature-sensitive products, providing brand protection and enhancement solutions.
