Vroom, Inc. announced on June 30, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, United Auto Credit Corporation and UACC Auto Financing Trust IV, entered into Amendment No. 29 to their Warehouse Credit Facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent. The amendment extends the Commitment Termination Date to June 2, 2027, and modifies financial covenants, including increasing the maximum permitted leverage ratio and the maximum advance rate.
