VeriSign reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $443 million, a 5.7% increase from the prior year, with diluted earnings per share of $2.35 compared to $2.27 in Q3 2025. Operating income rose to $296 million from $284 million. The company also announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.81 per share, payable on November 24, 2026, to shareholders of record as of November 17, 2026. Additionally, VeriSign repurchased 0.7 million shares for $189 million during the quarter and ended with $1.36 billion remaining under its share repurchase program.
