Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. entered into a Collaboration Agreement with South Palm Cardiovascular Associates, LLC (SPCVA) on June 10, 2026. The parties intend to form a new management services organization named AIM Florida, LLC to provide administrative, operational, and non-clinical support services to clinical entities delivering sleep apnea diagnostic and treatment services. The collaboration will initially focus on Palm Beach County, Florida. Vivos expects to hold at least 80% of the membership interests in AIM Florida, while SPCVA expects to hold up to 20%. Vivos's subsidiary, Vivos Provider Network, LLC, is contemplated to serve as the initial manager. Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. is a healthcare company focused on sleep apnea diagnostic and treatment services.
