V2X, Inc. announced that Dr. L. Roger Mason Jr. resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer effective August 7, 2026, to become Director of the National Reconnaissance Office within the U.S. Department of War. In connection with his departure and execution of a separation agreement, the Board approved an Annual Incentive Plan payment of $331,975, representing a prorated portion of his target award for January through July 2026. CEO Jeremy C. Wensinger will assume Mason's responsibilities until a successor is appointed. The resignation was not due to disagreements regarding operations or policies. V2X, Inc. provides logistics and engineering support services primarily to the U.S. Department of Defense.
