Yarrow Bioscience, Inc. (formerly VYNE Therapeutics) completed its merger with Pre-Merger Yarrow on July 27, 2026, resulting in a combined entity valued at approximately $281.4 million. Pre-Merger Yarrow stockholders received 0.7171 shares of combined company common stock for each share held, owning approximately 97% of the new company, while VYNE stockholders retained approximately 3%. The transaction was supported by $200 million in pre-closing private financings. Prior to the merger, VYNE effected a 1-for-50 reverse stock split effective July 24, 2026, and distributed a special cash dividend of $0.40242 per share to its stockholders. The combined company, now trading under ticker YARW, appointed a new leadership team including CEO Rebecca Frey and a six-member board.
