The company issued 13,846,910 units at a price of C$0.55 per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one warrant exercisable at C$0.75 for three years. Crescat Capital LLC participated as an insider to maintain its ownership interest, acquiring 1,830,910 shares and warrants. Net proceeds will fund the expansion of the Illinois Creek Project's exploration program from 6,000 to approximately 9,000 metres of drilling, along with metallurgical work and environmental studies.
