Eco Wave Power signs three-year MoU with WISeQey to explore AI data center energy transactions

Eco Wave Power Global AB announced that its U.S. subsidiary entered into a non-binding three-year Memorandum of Understanding with WISeQey Corp., SEALSQ, and SEALCOIN. The collaboration aims to combine renewable wave-energy production with secure digital identities and automated transaction infrastructure for potential use by AI data centers and industrial energy buyers. The parties demonstrated two capabilities using an installation in Jaffa Port: a trusted digital twin of physical energy production and authenticated automated transactions between counterparties. Future deployments remain subject to technical validation, regulations, and separate commercial agreements. Eco Wave Power Global AB is an onshore wave energy company that converts ocean waves into electricity.
