WEC Energy Group appointed Caroline Garcia as Vice President and Controller, effective August 31, 2026. Ms. Garcia brings nearly 25 years of experience from KPMG LLP and most recently served as Director of Audit Services at TXNM Energy. Her compensation includes a prorated annual base salary of $335,000, a short-term performance target of 50% of base salary, and a long-term incentive target of 70% of base salary starting with the 2027 award cycle. She succeeds William J. Guc, who will transition to special advisor to the CFO on August 31, 2026, while remaining in his current title until his planned retirement in early 2027. WEC Energy Group operates as a regulated electric and gas utility holding company serving customers primarily in Wisconsin.
