Wabash National reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $476.4 million, up 24.8% year-over-year, driven by strong shipments in the core Dry Van market where trailer units rose to 9,563 from 6,675. The company posted a GAAP operating loss of $20 million and a diluted EPS loss of $(0.51), excluding a $7.5 million gain on the sale of a manufacturing facility. Total backlog increased 25% to $1,198 million as of September 30, 2026. For Q4 2026, management guided for revenue between $420 million and $450 million with an adjusted EPS loss range of $(0.75) to $(0.55). Wabash designs, manufactures, and services trailers, truck bodies, and supply chain solutions for the transportation industry.
