Wise appoints Barak Eilam as Chair Designate; David Wells to step down in April 2027

Wise Group plc has appointed Barak Eilam, former CEO of NICE, as Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate. He will succeed David Wells, who has served as Chair since 2021. Wells will remain on the board in a supportive role until April 2027 before stepping down completely. Eilam brings nearly three decades of experience scaling global technology businesses and currently serves on the boards of FactSet, CCC Intelligent Solutions, and Similarweb. Wise is a global technology company that enables individuals and businesses to move money across borders and manage multiple currencies.
