WISeKey completes merger and redomiciliation to BVI as new WISeQey shares begin trading on Nasdaq and SIX Swiss Exchange

WISeQey Corp., a British Virgin Islands company, completed the cross-border merger and redomiciliation of WISeKey International Holding Ltd from Switzerland to the BVI on October 1, 2026. The transaction was approved by shareholders in September 2026 and declared effective by the SEC in July 2026. Existing WISeKey ADSs will continue trading until October 2, 2026, after which they are exchanged for one-half of a new WISeQey ordinary share. New shares under ticker "WQEY" commence trading on Nasdaq and SIX Swiss Exchange on October 5, 2026. The company is authorized to issue up to 105 million shares across three classes.
