TeraWulf secures Google credit backstop for $19B Anthropic lease and signs Fluor EPC deal
WULFTerawulf Inc.
TeraWulf entered into Credit Support Agreements with Google LLC to provide a contractual backstop for anticipated debt financing supporting approximately $19 billion of contracted lease commitments with Anthropic at its Justified Data Campus in Kentucky. The agreements allow Google to assume the leases or pay termination fees upon Anthropic's default, strengthening TeraWulf's project financing profile. Concurrently, the company executed a definitive engineering, procurement and construction agreement with Fluor Enterprises on a guaranteed maximum pricing basis for three data center buildings, with phased completions expected from late 2027 through mid-2028. TeraWulf develops, owns and operates large-scale digital infrastructure in the United States.
