At its 2026 annual meeting on June 10, 2026, Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. elected Akintunde Bello, Ph.D., Daniel Curran, M.D., Robert Ross, M.D., and Yuan Xu, Ph.D., as Class II directors. To achieve board class balance, Dr. Curran resigned as a Class II director and was immediately re-appointed as a Class III director. Stockholders also ratified Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor for the 2026 fiscal year and approved the amendment and restatement of the 2021 Stock Incentive Plan to include prefunded warrants in the annual evergreen increase calculation.
