DENTSPLY SIRONA reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $836 million, a 7.6% decline from the prior year period. The company posted a GAAP diluted loss per share of ($0.01) and an adjusted earnings per share of $0.29. Adjusted EBITDA was $146 million with a margin of 17.3%. Management updated its full-year 2026 outlook to approximately $3.5 billion in net sales and adjusted EPS between $1.20 and $1.30, excluding a one-time tariff refund benefit. The company also repurchased $13 million of common stock during the quarter.
