York Space Systems Inc. announced that Kevin Messerle will step down as Chief Financial Officer, effective upon the filing of the Q2 2026 Form 10-Q on August 13, 2026. Brian D. Frantz, currently Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 14, 2026. Mr. Frantz’s base salary will increase by $9,000 per month to a total of $36,000 per month during his interim service. The departure is not due to any disagreement regarding the company's operations or policies.
