YY Group Holding Limited acquired a 95% stake in Xtreme Solution Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based distributor of computer hardware and gaming peripherals, for S$4.5 million (approximately US$3.5 million). The consideration consists of S$0.9 million in cash and Class A ordinary shares valued at S$3.6 million. The target generated approximately S$6.0 million in revenue and S$600,000 in net profit for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. YY Group intends to integrate digital marketing capabilities and expand the distributor's operations into overseas markets where it already operates. This acquisition is expected to be accretive to revenue and net income starting in the first full quarter following completion.
