On August 22, 2026, Zillow Group entered into a stipulated final order with the Federal Trade Commission and Attorneys General of Virginia, Arizona, Connecticut, New York, and Washington to resolve antitrust litigation regarding its multifamily rental listings syndication partnership with Redfin. The Order requires no admission of liability and mandates that the partnership continue through at least June 30, 2030. Additionally, Zillow and Redfin will offer standalone multifamily advertising products in addition to the existing syndication arrangement starting in 2027. The parties agreed to pay an immaterial amount for reasonable litigation fees and costs.
