Kevin Thornal, Group President of Global Businesses and the Americas, is departing on September 30, 2026, receiving severance equal to twelve months of base salary plus target bonus and COBRA premiums. Gary Campbell was promoted to President, Americas; Brian Hatcher to President for Recon, S.E.T., CMFT, Neuro and Biosurgery; and Bradley Kessler to President, Americas – Robotics, Technology and Data. The company reiterated its full-year 2026 financial outlook previously provided on August 5, 2026.
