Zedge, Inc. completed a private placement on September 25, 2026, raising $7,675,000 in gross proceeds through the issuance of 2,616,447 shares of Class B common stock and warrants to purchase 2,354,803 additional shares. The investment was led by Vice Chairman Howard Jonas via Chartwell Holding LLC, which contributed $6,500,000 for 2,218,430 shares and warrants exercisable at $3.22 per share. Board member Elliott Gibber and another stockholder also participated, with their warrants priced at $3.28 per share. Proceeds will accelerate the growth of DataSeeds.AI and support existing businesses. Zedge builds and operates creator communities serving 20 million monthly active users across its platforms.
