Zhihu shareholders approve RMB1.5 billion subscription for limited partnership interest

Shareholders of Zhihu Inc. approved a resolution to confirm the company's previously announced subscription, through a wholly owned subsidiary, for a limited partnership interest in Tianjin Lisi Xingshen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) with a capital commitment of RMB1.5 billion. The extraordinary general meeting held on October 20, 2026 resulted in a vote of approximately 99.97% in favor of the resolution.
