Jeffrey Liaw appointed to Board; Emily McEvilly resigns effective October 29

ZipRecruiter announced that Jeffrey Liaw has been appointed to its Board of Directors, filling the vacancy created by the immediate resignation of Emily McEvilly. Both changes took effect on October 29, 2026. Mr. Liaw brings extensive executive experience, having served as CEO and director at Copart, Inc., as well as CFO roles at FleetPride and TPG Capital. He will serve as a Class III director with an initial RSU grant valued at $200,000 and an annual retainer of $50,000. Ms. McEvilly’s departure was not due to any disagreements regarding operations or policies. ZipRecruiter operates a leading online employment marketplace that connects job seekers with employers using matching technology.
