Zone Frontier secures 4,077 acres in Texas for data center campus with HST Technologies

Zone Frontier Inc. announced that a subsidiary entered into a Ground Lease Agreement on September 24, 2026, securing approximately 4,077 acres in Potter County, Texas, for its West Texas data center campus developed with HST Technologies, Inc. The lease allows designation of 200 to 800 acres for data centers and at least 1,800 acres for solar generation and battery storage. Base rent is $6,000 per acre annually for the data center site and $1,000 per acre for the solar site, commencing only upon construction start. The agreement includes a purchase option for the data center land at $100,000 to $135,000 per acre and a long-term water supply right. Zone Frontier Inc. operates in the AI infrastructure industry, developing critical digital infrastructure such as data centers.
