Z Squared elects CTO Jeffery Harris to the Board following Michelle Burke's resignation

On November 3, 2026, Z Squared Inc. elected its Chief Technology Officer, Jeffery Harris, as a director to fill the vacancy created by Michelle Burke’s resignation effective May 22, 2026.
