American Airlines has amended its credit agreements to increase aggregate revolving commitments from $3.0 billion to $3.11 billion and extend the maturity of these facilities from June 2029 to March 2031. This move strengthens the company's liquidity position and provides greater financial flexibility by pushing out near-term debt obligations.
