Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. entered into a $94.1 million Design-Build Agreement with LCC3 Solution Inc. on June 25, 2026. The contract covers the construction of the OMD 3 (FAB4) project in Houston, Texas, which includes approximately 195,591 square feet of ISO Class 6-certified cleanroom space, 36,500 square feet of office space, and 73,780 square feet for logistics and testing. The agreement includes potential schedule-based incentives up to $6.0 million and performance-based incentives totaling up to $9.8 million. Liquidated damages for delays are capped at $4.9 million.
