Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. entered into a new Credit Agreement with East West Bank on October 30, 2026, establishing a $200 million total commitment consisting of $30 million in revolving facilities and $170 million in initial term loans maturing in October 2030. The facility includes an incremental option for up to $50 million in additional term debt. Proceeds from the term loans are designated for purchasing or refinancing eligible equipment, while revolver proceeds support working capital. To facilitate this transition, the company terminated its prior Loan and Security Agreement with BOK Financial on October 29, 2026, paying a $350,000 termination fee. The new obligations are secured by substantially all of the company's assets.
