Appoints Anthony Evers as CFO and terminates Luke McPherson

American Clean Resources Group terminated Luke McPherson as Chief Financial Officer effective October 13, 2026. The Board appointed CEO Tawana Bain as Interim Principal Financial and Accounting Officer on the same date. Effective October 19, 2026, Anthony Evers was appointed as Fractional CFO, Principal Financial Officer, and Principal Accounting Officer. Evers will serve under a consulting agreement with Satevers II LLC at $250 per hour for up to 60 billable hours monthly, increasing to $275 after day 91.
