Addus HomeCare reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results with net service revenues increasing 7.0% to $387.7 million and net income rising to $28.6 million, or $1.54 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA grew 13.5% year-over-year to $51.2 million, while adjusted net income per diluted share increased 17.3% to $1.83. The company also announced a definitive agreement to acquire the personal care division of AccentCare for approximately $275.0 million, a transaction expected to add roughly $280 million in annualized revenue and expand its footprint in key states including Texas, Illinois, California, and Arizona. Addus HomeCare is a provider of home care services that primarily include personal care, hospice, and home health services.
