Afya Limited reported second-quarter and first-half 2026 financial results for the period ending June 30, 2026. Second-quarter revenue increased 5.7% year-over-year to R$972.1 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 1.4% to R$406.5 million with a margin of 41.8%. Net income grew 14.0% to R$201.3 million, yielding basic earnings per share of R$2.22. For the first half, revenue reached R$1,984.8 million and net income totaled R$463.1 million. The company returned R$447.9 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases, representing 105.8% of free cash flow to equity.
