Agilysys reported fiscal 2027 second-quarter net revenue of $93.4 million, a 17.7% increase from the prior year period, driven by a 32.6% rise in subscription revenue to $62.2 million. Net income was $13.2 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, compared to $11.7 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, in the comparable prior-year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA rose 47% to $24.1 million. The company raised its full-year fiscal 2027 total revenue guidance to a range of $374 million to $378 million and increased subscription revenue growth expectations to at least 34%. Agilysys is a global provider of hospitality software solutions and services.
