Acadia Realty Trust appoints Tamara Fischer as trustee and Nominating Committee member

On October 19, 2026, the board of trustees appointed Tamara Fischer to serve on Acadia Realty Trust's board until its 2027 annual meeting. The Board also designated Ms. Fischer to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Fischer brings three decades of REIT industry experience, having most recently served as Executive Chairperson of National Storage Affiliates Trust prior to its acquisition by Public Storage in July 2026. She currently serves on the boards of Mid-America Apartment Communities and JLL Income Property Trust. Acadia Realty Trust is an equity real estate investment trust focused on owning and operating a portfolio of street and open-air retail properties.
