Sumisho Air Lease commences $4B registered exchange offer for outstanding senior notes due through 2036

Sumisho Air Lease Corporation has commenced an offer to exchange up to $4 billion in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding unregistered senior notes for newly issued, registered notes with substantially identical terms. The company is exchanging $800 million of 4.400% Senior Notes due 2028, $1.2 billion of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2029, $1.5 billion of 4.850% Senior Notes due 2031, and $500 million of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2036. The exchange is intended to fulfill registration rights obligations; no proceeds will be received by the company. The offer expires on December 1, 2026.
