Sumisho Air Lease reported third-quarter 2026 net income attributable to common stockholders of $93.4 million, down from $135.4 million in the prior-year period. Rental of flight equipment revenue declined 18.2% to $556.7 million due to a lower weighted average net book value resulting from asset sales and orderbook transfers. The company sold 15 aircraft for $761.9 million in proceeds and holds $4.3 billion in its sales pipeline. Adjusted net income before taxes was $123.1 million, compared to $144.5 million a year earlier. Sumisho Air Lease is a global aircraft leasing company that owns and manages a diversified fleet of commercial jets.
