Alight reported third-quarter revenue of $500 million, a 6.2% decline from the prior year period, driven by lower net commercial activity. The company posted an adjusted EBITDA of $86 million and raised its full-year 2026 business outlook, targeting revenues between $2.115 billion and $2.125 billion and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $410 million to $420 million. Year-to-date cash from operations stood at $181 million with free cash flow of $108 million for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2026.
