Atlantic HPC Group acquires Valley Oasis Development LLC adding 29 MW to its 127 MW utility-approved capacity portfolio

Aperture AC announced that its business combination target, Atlantic HPC Group Inc., completed the acquisition of Valley Oasis Development LLC on September 23, 2026. The transaction adds a Dyersburg, Tennessee site with 29 MW of aggregate contract demand and a one-acre land lease to Atlantic’s portfolio. This brings Atlantic’s total utility-approved capacity to 127 MW across facilities in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ohio, and Tennessee. Aperture is furnishing an investor presentation regarding the proposed business combination between the two entities. Aperture AC operates as a special purpose acquisition company focused on the digital asset industry.
