Atlantic HPC Group appoints Leo Lin as new CEO, effective October 1

The board of directors of Atlantic HPC Group Inc has appointed Leo Lin as its Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Lin succeeds Jacqueline Jiang, who has stepped down from the role but will remain on Atlantic's board. Lin brings over 20 years of executive experience in scaling operations and financial strategy, having previously served as CFO for Eat Just Inc., Karma Automotive LLC, and Red Digital Cinema LLC. This leadership change occurs within the context of a proposed business combination between Aperture AC and Atlantic HPC Group. Aperture AC is a special purpose acquisition company focused on digital asset industry acquisitions.
