Ascendis Pharma A/S announced on June 30, 2026, new radiographic data from Week 104 of the pivotal ApproaCH Trial for once-weekly TransCon CNP (navepegritide) in children with achondroplasia. The trial results showed continued improvements in tibial-femoral angle (TFA) and TFA Z-scores in children treated with the therapy, including a mean absolute change of -2.2 degrees in TFA in the overall population and -3.8 degrees in the subgroup with baseline TFA < 5> 5>. TransCon CNP was generally well tolerated with a ability to maintain annualized growth velocity and growth height Z-score.
