Linda Knoll resigned from the board of Astec Industries, effective December 14, 2026. The company appointed John Keating as a new independent director and Audit Committee member, effective December 11, 2026. Keating brings over 40 years of leadership experience in the construction materials industry, having served as Executive Vice President at CRH plc until earlier this year. Astec Industries manufactures specialized equipment for asphalt road building, aggregate processing, and concrete production.
